RETURNS + EXCHANGES
With original invoice, you are free to return for any reason within 90 days of purchase and we’ll fully refund your payment (less shipping charges) via the payment method used at time of purchase.
Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have all original tags attached. If you would like to return a garment after 90 days of purchase, you will be eligible for store credit or an exchange only.
All marked down items are a final sale and are not eligible for an exchange, refund or credit.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your return authorization number and let us know which item(s) you will be sending back for exchange or return.
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box. Seal the box inside the provided bag and place the return shipping label on the outside of the package.
- Take the package to your nearest FedEx drop-off location or schedule a pickup. You can arrange a pickup by calling 1 800 463 3339 (1 800 GoFedEx).
- Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
