Ordering + Payment

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed on caveatmiami.com will be processed and shipped by the following business day (pending credit verification). Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

After you click “Submit Order” an e-mail confirmation will be sent. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on “Order History” to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.

PRE-ORDERS & BACK-ORDERS
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items, payment in full is required to secure your item. Funds are transferred in full as soon as your transaction is processed. We will send you an email confirming your order after the transaction has processed, along with an estimated delivery time for your order. In the event that shipping dates change, we will do everything we can to keep you informed.

PAYMENT
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and CAVEAT Gift Cards.

GIFT CARDS
E–gift cards may be purchased online and will be emailed to your recipient. You will receive an email confirmation when the e-gift card is sent to the recipient. Gift cards may be purchased online or in-store. Click here for additional information.

SENDING GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may be purchased at caveatmiami.com in USD and can be mailed anywhere in the US free of charge via standard shipping.

REDEEMING GIFT CARDS
To redeem a gift card in-store, simply present it at checkout. To redeem it online, enter the gift card number and pin on the Billing page at checkout.

To redeem an e-gift card in-store, have your e-gift card information handy—either printed out or accessible by email on your phone. To redeem it online, enter the e-gift card number and pin on the Billing page at checkout.

We are unable to reissue gift cards or e-gift cards that have been lost or stolen.
